Attending Rotary Meetings

Regularly attending club meetings is an important aspect of Rotary membership. Recognizing that career and personal needs sometimes prevent Rotarians from attending the weekly meeting of their home club, Rotary offers several ways for members to “make up” their attendance by:

  1. Attending a regular Monday noon meeting via Zoom. Click link on home page for instructions.
  2. Attending a board of directors or club committee or meeting (Even if the member does not belong to the committee or the board, any member is welcome to sit in.)
  3. Attending a meeting of another Rotary Club and reporting attendance to the home club secretary (termed a “meeting makeup”). To find out the day, time and meeting place of other clubs in the District 6110 website.  To locate information about a club meeting both within and outside of District 6110, there are several smartphone apps including this Rotary Club Locator from Google.
  4. Going online for an E-Meeting Makeup by visiting Rotary eClub One Makeup.
